Damage
deposit of $300 is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a
reservation. Deposit will be refunded within 15 business days upon
departure, after inspection of condo for damage to or loss of item.
We hope you don't
have to cancel, but if it happens: For a deposit refund, less $100 fee,
cancellation is required 90 days or more prior to arrival date. For
cancellations within the 90 days of arrival or after arrival date,
payments will be retained. If the unit can be rented, a pro-rata refund
will be issued.

to change without notice and do not include Hawaii State Taxes (currently 11.42%). If you

- Low Season: For
stays of less than 7 nights a $100 cleaning fee will be added.
- High Season: For
stays of less than 14 nights an $100 cleaning fee will be added.
- For your
convenience, optional daily or mid-week cleaning is available.

P.M. CHECK-OUT time is 11 A.M.
- All rates are
subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Taxes.
